Suitable for 5-axis CNC machining centers, horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers.   The grippers are made of SCM440 steel and hardened to achieve 55° HRC, which makes the jaw hold the pieces easily and firmly.   The body of the jaw is made of nodular cast iron higher than FCD 60 degrees and its sliding guides are hardened to HRC 52º, therefore the jaw achieves tensile strength with a high precision.   The MULTI-POWER SYSTEM is constructed with high quality STEEL BEARINGS that double the clamping force. Adjustable clamping force 5000 kg. With this special patented system, the pressure is more uniform and eliminates oil leaks and maintenance problems associated with hydraulic presses.   Special covers protect the spindle from the advance of chips and prevent damage to internal parts.
